Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. Please call us at 858-373-1138 during regular business hours to cancel or reschedule your booking. Because we have reserved a lesson for you with a specialized instructor to match your specific ability level, changes and cancellations not made at a minimum of 24 hours prior to the start of your lesson are non-refundable. All surf lessons rescheduling after 24 hours grace period is $20 charge.
Online Reservation
All online reservation cancellation and/or rescheduling can be done 24 hours prior to the start of your lesson.
Weather Cancellation
PB SURF SHOP reserves the right to cancel any surf lessons at any time due to inclement weather patterns, extreme currents or rip conditions in the surfing zone. Lessons will be rescheduled by PB SURF SHOP at no charge if such instances occur.
